If you want to learn how to improve your rowing, why not learn from a World Champion? Steve puts on clinics that are fun and educational, in a small group setting that allows for individual attention and great camaraderie.
Who is this workshop for? Anyone with a little to intermediate experience with indoor rowing. (If you have not rowed before and would love to learn, Steve will be offering individual and semi-private introductory courses in the near future.) If you’ve been to group fitness classes that involve rowing, worked out at a Crossfit box, or even just row for part of your workout on your own, this workshop is for you.
If you want to get faster, row more efficiently, dominate your class, learn how to achieve various workouts on the rowing machine, or learn to take control so you can get in the best shape of your life, this workshop is for you.
We will spend around 3 hours going over the ins and outs of the Concept2 rowing machine, the technique and form, and the various styles of workouts you can achieve. We will cover biomechanics and technical aspects that will make you a better, faster, more efficient rower. Oh, we’ll be doing a lot of rowing too, so wear your workout gear! You will leave this class with knowledge to take control of the rowing machine and how you can achieve the best workouts moving forward, no matter what your goals may be. You’ll be able to walk into any class or any gym, and not only feel confident, but excited to get on the rower as a better athlete.
Workshop is taught by Coach Steve Tague, current Men’s Masters Lightweight World Rowing Indoor Champion 500M, and Silver Medalist 2000M.
Cost is $99. Class size is limited. All participants will receive their choice of Rowed to Fitness t-shirt, ball cap, or beanie. Signup using “Find Tickets” link on this page.
